Bennett immigrated to the United States as a little girl with her parents. Her own family’s struggles with immigration inspires her to make the transition for foreign nationals to the United States as smooth and as successful as possible. Mrs. Bennett graduated at the top of her class from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. During her final semester of law school, she was honored to travel to New York and represent her law school at the United Nations, where she attended meetings and published articles on international issues and human rights, including the Florida Bar Journal among other law review journals. She was the Executive Editor of the Law Review and an active member of Moot Court. Attorney Justin B. Bennett’s passion for solving complex and every day taxation, property, business and corporate related legal issues stems from his grandfather’s move to Florida from Georgia following World War II, where he came with very little but built a successful business lasting three generations. Mr. Bennett’s personal and professional business experience garners his clients’ an advantage in an already competitive corporate world. Mr. Bennett also gives the same meticulous attention to every day real property transactions by operating Waterstone Title, LLC; allowing his clients to successfully close, refinance, buy and sell real estate. Mr. Bennett graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Florida where he is an adjunct professor. Mr. Bennett also earned his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
