About Bentley African Student Association
Bentley University’s African Student Association (ASA) is a cultural organization that works to promote, educate, and celebrate African cultures and experiences at Bentley University. Founded in 2017, ASA has created a family, providing a safe and welcoming community for all African and minority students at Bentley. Building on Bentley’s commitment for equitable educational experiences, ASA aims to be a home to all students regardless of background, building the support and awareness used to highlight our amazing continent. In our organization, we emphasize this through our events and presence on campus by showcasing African music, food, clothing, education, empowerment, and fostering spaces for conversation. Within the past six years, we have been committed to establish our presence on campus through our Annual Gala and recently developed, African Business Conference and African Black Market. This year, we look forward to collaborating and connecting with you all even more!
