With 15 unique and charming towns, multiple robust public and private school systems, and a variety of industries functioning within our county, there is someone, something or somewhere new to see in Benton County each & every day. Located in the county seat of Vinton, IA, Benton County Public Health operates within the Benton County Service Center at 811 D Ave. Vinton, IA, which hosts a multitude of other social service providers. We are a small but mighty department, and enjoy any and all opportunities to be part of community-facing activities! We have had representation at the Benton County Fair, National Night Out & Progressive Agriculture Day over the past few months, as well as the Benton County Service Center Open House. BCPH also is part of many community committees & coalitions, including but not limited to the Benton County Disaster Relief Coalition, the Benton County Suicide Prevention Coalition, the Benton County Opioid Taskforce, & the Benton County Above the Influence Coalition, among others.
