At present, this is a key moment for Instant Messaging in this transition from Personal Chat use to B2C and Professional use. Thinking about connecting people at a professional level or large groups whose relationships are impersonal and goal oriented, and even sometimes they don’t know each other, a Chat Contact Address is necessary to achieve an organized and effective communication, and an essential branding and marketing tool to let customers know how to contact with. While in a Personal environment phone number is a good way to contact, moving into Professional environment we need a better Contact Address. We set ourselves the goal to offer small companies and businesses a new way to contact by chat with costumers. The way to do it was clear. Costumers should be able to SEACH for a company, CONTACT and CHAT directly with a department or any of its employees. In 2016 we developed BeOnMobile App that was build for iOS and Android. Looking at how Social Networks work connecting people, we developed a new Customized Instant Messaging Protocol (BeOn Protocol) to create a Chat Contact Network. But right now, much to our regret, is no longer available neither Play Store nor App Store. Anyway, the arising interest of chat to business and companies and also major chat services to meet this demand, make us believe that is time to try it again. That’s why we are sharing, under request, a presentation of our global project to any company or start up that might be interested. This presentation tries to show the importance of having a Chat Contact Address in a professional environment, how to implement it and how the existing Instant Messaging services or the new ones could take advantage of it. Sooner or later, a massive Communication Channel like Chat will need an Chat Contact Address. We strongly believe that our vision is an innovative way to contact by chat and could become an essential tool to improve and offer a distinguishing chat messaging service.
