Our company is named after a fish, the red gurnard, because we believe that the products that the sea gives us are the pillars of a balanced diet. WHAT WE DO We commercialize and produce seafood from the best origins and freeze it on board to ensure that it reaches its destination in the same conditions in which it is caught and preserved. We also do inshore fishing. HOW WE DO IT Control, control, and then more control. We carry out a continuous evaluation of suppliers and products, and we elaborate with minimal manipulation.
