Bergmann & Moore was founded, and continues to be managed, by former Veterans Affairs attorneys Glenn R. Bergmann and Joseph R. Moore. Mr. Bergmann worked in VA’s Appellate Litigation Division, arguing cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims and Mr. Moore worked as an attorney writing decisions for VA’s Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA). Armed with their knowledge of the inner workings of VA, both Mr. Bergmann and Mr. Moore now exclusively devote their energy to serving veterans and their families across the country with VA compensation claims. Since 2004, Bergmann & Moore has grown to become one of the largest law firms in the country to specialize in veterans’ benefits. Both managing partners bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of veterans’ law and have helped thousands of veterans and their families successfully navigate VA’s complicated claims process.
