About Berners Marketing

Since 2004 we have been providing expert legal marketing content and helping law firms with their communications strategies and implementation. Building a profile within the legal profession requires the communication of expert knowledge in a way which appeals to clients and potential clients (often via the internet). We aim to bridge the gap between accurate (but possibly boring) technical content and user-friendly attractive (but occasionally flimsy) marketing materials. We have an exceptional panel of specialist legal authors comprising lawyers and barristers who provide the content for our articles, boasting over 170 years PQE between them, ensuring content is legally accurate, pragmatic and commercially astute. Working with dozens of law firms and numerous lawyers, a huge flow of legal content passes across our desks and back and forth between solicitors, barristers, editors, marketing teams, design or web agencies, external publishers, and online channels. To ensure that deadlines are met, and appropriate approvals are obtained at every stage we rely upon IDAHO® our workflow software, designed to track commissioning, drafting, editing, proofing, approvals, sign-off and distribution of legal content for knowledge management and marketing.
