Berry Buyers Agents was established by Celina Gregory to fill a gap in the market for a dedicated buyer’s advocate in the Berry and South Coast region. We are the only independent buyer’s agency in Berry and we do not act for property sellers, ensuring no conflict of interest and complete confidentiality. Celina started working in real estate in 2007 and has worked in sales for some of the top performing agencies in Sydney, Wollongong, Kiama and Berry. She has also worked for one of the leading holiday rental management companies in the Southern Highlands and South Coast, giving her a broad range of industry knowledge and contacts. Having purchased 10 of her own properties over the years, she has a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and property purchase process, as a professional and on a personal level. A licensed real estate agent and stock & station agent, with a Diploma in Property and Agency Management, and additional qualifications and experience as a professional Mediator, Celina is well versed in how to help navigate the stressful process between seller/vendor, sales agent and buyer with ease, and can negotiate the best possible price on your behalf. Celina grew up on a rural property in Berry and has lived in the Southern Highlands and South Coast for the last 14 years after living in Sydney and London for her teens and early adult life. Celina is passionate about the South Coast region and has a great knowledge of everyday life here as well as the local property market. Having moved back after a stint of city life, she understands the desire people have for a beautiful lifestyle here, whether it be full time or with a holiday home in mind.
