Berry Select began in 2012 as a raspberry project. Today the farm plays a significant role in the local and international supply of fresh South African raspberries. The farm is managed daily by co-owners Tiaan and Ronell Steyl. Together they have over three decades of farming experience. They have spent the past 18 years focusing on raspberries. Berries are picked and packed seven days a week in-season, which usually commences in November and ends in June. Berries are shipped to local and overseas customers daily from the farm’s packhouse.
