More than 90% of BERT's work has been completed through a negotiated approach. This has resulted in high-quality projects that are completed economically and efficiently. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT As a Construction Manager, BERT Construction has represented owners through the design & construction process. We provide suggestions during the design development phase from our experience of planning, estimating & constructing to develop a thoughtful approach to your project. We enjoy working with designers to provide solutions & to reach conclusions to difficult project issues. This in turn helps to ensure a smooth construction process & minimizes the disruptions that many projects experience. OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE As an “Owner’s Representative,” BERT Construction monitors your consultant’s & contractor’s adherence to your project requirements. Our responsibility, as your "eyes & ears" during the construction process, is to bring solid construction management principles to the project to ensure the highest quality project is delivered on time & within budget. GENERAL CONTRACTOR BERT Construction has been a General Contractor for many projects since the company was founded in 2002. We have established solid relationships with reputable, quality conscious local subcontractors.
