PureTech Flavours Our Pure range of flavours lead the market in smoke, grill and flavour enhancement technology. Developed using our PureTech technology, our PureSmoke, PureGrill and PureMami offer safe, natural flavour and taste enhancement – allowing manufacturers to extend flavour profiles, reduce salt and sugar levels and much more. Who we are Huw Griffiths is the founder of Besmoke. He started his career as an Environmental Scientist but dreamt of working in the food industry. The business was born of that passion. Today Huw is CEO, and based at Besmoke’s modern factory in Arundel, West Sussex. Dr David Baines is a world-renowned food scientist, who advises food and flavour companies worldwide thanks to his specialist expertise on heat reaction flavours. Ex-President of the UK Flavour Association and founder of Flavour Horizons Dr Jane K Parker is an academic, lecturer and head of the Flavour Centre at Reading University. Jane conducts research and lab development work for a wide range of large commercial clients within the food industry.
