Best Formulations, a diversified nutraceutical and pharmaceutical company headquartered in City of Industry, California USA HISTORY OF THE COMPANY In late 1984, Charlie Ung left his research and development position at a large dietary supplement corporation to start a business supplying specialty ingredients and custom formulations to nutritional manufacturers. In the beginning, Charlie would contract blending jobs for the various formulations he provided. But he soon questioned the handling techniques of the blending services and became concerned about the quality of the products he was supplying his customers. So, Charlie rented a warehouse and purchased his first 20 cu ft. PK blender so he could oversee the manufacturing processes and personally guarantee the quality of the goods for his clientele. Almost thirty years later, Best Formulations has grown to become a full-scale contract manufacturer of quality pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements. Although we have greatly expanded our blending capacity over the years, the original 20 cu ft. PK blender still stands in our manufacturing facility as a symbol of the commitment to uncompromising quality which Best Formulations was founded under (and we sometimes even use it for smaller jobs).
