Jaye has worked in the construction industry since 1997. Determined to see his mates go safely home at the end of the day, Jaye moved into health and safety as he managed contractors on various projects, in both the private and government sectors. Jaye continued his studies to gain a Diploma in Health & Safety, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, WHS and Environmental Auditing. In 2012, Jaye began writing specific asbestos management procedures for his employer, in addition to monitoring the asbestos removal works of the companies contractor. This led to the launch of his own asbestos removal / management company in 2014, in late 2018 the decision was made to focus solely on asbestos management / hygienist service and in 2019 Jaye was granted his LAA (Licensed Asbestos Assessor) licence by SafeWork NSW. Working in the industry himself, Jaye understands the importance of safe work practices, as well as ensuring that all monitoring, assessments and reports are completed to fulfill council and regulatory conditions. Offering professional hygienist services was a natural progression for the business.
