About Better Day Yoga
I Offer Hatha Yoga classes in the Vinyasa style as well as Meditation "how-to" classes and Facial exercise classes. Private sessions available. My training is through YogaFit® and I have completed the 200 hour “registered yoga teacher” curriculum through their program. I am also an American Council on Exercise (ACE®) certified personal trainer, as well as certified in levels 1-3 through Oshune Reiki®. I offer modifications for all levels in a safe, non-competitive environment and strive to communicate the YogaFit® Essence: "Breathing, Feeling, Listening to the body, Letting go of Competition, Judgment, and Expectations. Staying present in the moment.”
