This allows her to provide personalized care for her clients, to set affordable rates, and helps ensure clients are a good fit prior to starting their therapy journey. At Better Mindset Therapy we strive to create an authentic, welcoming atmosphere for my clients to explore their lives in a new way. We use the therapeutic relationship to explore your early life experiences and bring unconscious thoughts and patterns into conscious awareness. We strive to provide people with tangible skills that enable you to think and behave in ways that promote inner confidence, strength, and achievement of goals.
