About Better Together Foundation
The Better Together Foundation is a new and developing not-for-profit organisation that aims to become a support network for newly diagnosed adult cancer patients or, as we call them, “cancer warriors”. We aim to be a bridging service for newly diagnosed adult patients, to assist them in gaining access to the help that is available to them. We work with existing charities to ensure that patients know what services are available and how to access them. Focusing our initial efforts in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, we are seeking funding to ensure we can better the lives of as many newly diagnosed cancer warriors as possible. Knowing you have somewhere to turn when you or someone you love is diagnosed with cancer is invaluable. We aim to be that contact because we know, as partners, as friends and as a community, we are always Better Together.
