| Our Story We were founded in 2003 when a group of dynamic Calgary businesses recognized that their employees were not being well served solely by their Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) benefits package. They saw that employee struggles and personal issues were not only disruptive to families but clearly had an adverse impact on corporate success and productivity. By inviting skilled chaplains into their workplace, our model of Face-to-Face Care built authentic relationships and supported the employees, their families, and the companies. Demand for our service has grown and we now support thousands of Canadian workers in 6 languages. Our programs have a proven track record of extraordinary employee engagement and impact on a client company's bottom line. Our history as Corporate Chaplains Canada is one of constant evolution to meet the needs of Canadian workers, recognizing that our offerings had changed we too rebranded in April 2023 to reflect this with the transition of our branding to BetterIt Workplace Chaplains. | Our Services At BetterIt Workplace Chaplains, we know that every person is more than just a number or an employee.
