Betterlink Business Consultancy and Training Services Group or Betterlink Group as we like to be called is a West Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that is passionate about facilitating growth and development in individuals and organisations. As an RTO we offer qualifications in leadership and management, human resources, career development, employment services and community services and have an innovative and pain free approach to training and assessment through our Individual Coaching Model. We are a longstanding provider of traineeships across WA, offering publicly funded new worker traineeships in Employment Services, Community Services and Human Resource qualifications. These offer new employees opportunity to develop confidence and increase productivity, while achieving a nationally recognized qualification with support from experienced trainer/assessors. Employers also benefit from state and federal incentives that far exceed mandatory fees for courses offered. As an example, a typical Employment Services traineeship cost could be up to $2,500 but this is off set by government incentives for eligible trainees of $6,125, providing a positive cash return for the employer! We also offer advice concerning business development, providing business support services such as feasibility study, business planning, strategic planning and organisational review and we even undertake tender submissions for our clients. We have interest and expertise in Indigenous affairs and provide business supports and training throughout Australia to urban, regional and remote Aboriginal organisations and individuals.
