About Beverage Ranch
An experienced team of beer and spirit entrepreneurs hard at work developing the next generation of beverages, starting with Watertight Cocktail Co. About Us: Ryan Baird - Founder Ryan was born and raised in Texas. He loves to fish – saltwater and freshwater has always owned a boat, learned to ski at a young age, and enjoys about any activity on the water you can imagine. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of Yellow Rose Distilling, Houston area’s first whiskey distillery. Prior to starting Beverage Ranch, Ryan was a consultant on several startup consumer brands in the alcohol space. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University. Rhett Keisler - Founder Rhett grew up near the Texas coast. He spent summers in any pool he could find, lake fishing for bass, sailing on his Sunfish, and even tried surfing in Galveston. Previously he was co-founder and President of Revolver Brewing, a craft beer brewery located in Granbury, Texas. Prior to Beverage Ranch, Rhett spent over seventeen years in various roles for corporate finance firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin. Allison Hartmann - Key Accounts Manager Allison is a Seattle native and grew up enjoying wakeboarding, skiing on the Puget Sound, snowboarding, and hiking the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. Dedicated to her country roots and showing horses, she relocated to Dallas 5 years ago. Prior to Beverage Ranch, Allison spent 20+ years developing brands to a national presence in the non-alcohol and alcohol space. She specializes in launching start-up brands in the consumer retail space. Allison graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
