About BeYoga

What is BeYoga? In an age where we are sedentary for the majority of our days, BeYoga was founded out of a desire to help people move better and de-desk their bodies. As a desk bound society, we spend far too much time siting and in sub-optimal positions, such as hunched over computer. Overtime such repetitive and poor movements can lead to pain, tightness and instability in the body. If not addressed, it is easy to assume that this is the way your body will always be. However, here at BeYoga, our aim is to empower you to de-desk your body by providing you with the tools and knowledge to do so. Bodily awareness alongside stability, strength, balance, stamina and flexibility are all needed to help you move with less pain in an unrestricted way. Whether you are an office worker, an avid gym goer or a retiree, here at Beyoga, we have adapted yoga to work for the modern body, ensuring you can move freely and confidently in your day to day life. What we do: BeYoga works on a 1-1 basis with individuals and companies to create bespoke and tailor-made yoga classes/packages that suit your needs and goals. After an initial consultation and class, BeYoga will design a package of classes to help you improve posture, improve functional mobility and reduce pain.
