The firm provides investment management and investment advice services in the country asset allocation field. Our mission is to reach superior risk-adjusted returns by allocating investors' funds to equity, fixed income and currencies of developed, emerging and frontier countries. We base our portfolio creation and advice on decades of experience in the global macro investment analysis. Our investment approach is based on the following: Country Macro Value Style: We manage diversified portfolios using the “country macro value” style. We use equity, fixed income and currency exchange traded funds (ETFs) of 40+ developed, emerging and frontier countries, as well as commodity and country sector ETFs, to create these portfolios. We buy the ETFs, when we believe that they are trading at low valuations relative to their countries’ expected macroeconomic growth, other country and global asset class' valuations, and ETFs' own historical valuations. We sell the ETFs when they reach their fair values. In order to estimate whether valuations are high or low, we use quantitative models and frameworks. Country Analysis: In addition to financial factors, we analyze risks and opportunities that various countries under our coverage present. These risk and opportunities arise from important changes in the business, investment, political, regulatory, and technological areas. Low Cost Portfolios: We use ETFs as they provide us with a low-cost exposure to assets worldwide.
