Impact analysis of the New Reporting FinCen Rule in relation to business - Trade Compliance in relation to the European regulation with focus both on the export control regulation (EU Reg. 821/21) of a central (European) and national nature, and in relation to sanctions international financial, economic sanctions and embargoes. - Creation and maintenance of ICP/ECP programs and product classification. It deals with analysis of counterparties with Due Diligence issues both with the aim of investigating the risk on international financial sanctions and the risk relating to anti-money laundering regulations. - Human Rights and sustainability according to the most recent CSDDD Directive and in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact - Arms and armaments in relation to both the national regulation (Legislative Decree 185/90) and the US one contained in the ITAR (International Traffic on Arms Regulation) - Legal services relating to international contracts, intellectual property rights, agency contracts and general conditions of sale and purchase as well as particular contractual formulas not specifically regulated. - Customs in relation to the presentation of ITV and IVO, product classification and consultancy in the field of customs techniques and legislation. - Program Management in relation to the principles of Business Analysis and drafting of company procedures and policies including the adoption of risk analysis tools.
