Beyond Consulting is an Industrial Psychology practice that was established in 2006 by Melandi Raftopoulos. After establishing itself in the market for the last 6 years, Beyond Consulting, during the beginning of 2013, embarked on the process of changing its business form to an Incorporated Company and will soon be operating as Beyond Corporate Consulting Inc. Beyond Corporate Consulting Inc strives to provide professional consulting services that will enhance workplace performance by: • Reducing operational costs; • Improving service delivery; • Improving productivity and effectiveness; and • Reducing staff turnover. Beyond Consulting enjoys a diverse client base, of which some are listed on the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange). We provide consulting services to the private as well as public sectors. Our clients vary across many different sectors - some clients governed by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and other governed by Bargaining Council provisions for specific sectors. We have worked extensively within the South African borders and have also spread our footprint globally while serving clients in the DRC (Department of Foreign Affairs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo) as well as Perth, Western Australia.
