We offer a unique dining experience that combines the flavors of India with the concept of tapas and creative cocktails. Our menu features a variety of small plates, or tapas, that are inspired by traditional Indian cuisine and made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We are committed to sustainability, using ingredients that are organic and grown without harmful pesticides, and reducing our environmental footprint by using eco-friendly packaging and implementing other sustainable practices. We are committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) by focusing on three specific goals - To promote 'Gender Equality' (Goal 5), we ensure that our staff is trained to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of gender identity. We also strive to promote gender diversity in our hiring practices. In support of Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), we focus on reducing inequalities in income as well as those based on age, sex, religion, race, ethnicity, origin, economic and physical abilities. Finally, to promote Responsible Consumption and Production (Goal 12), we use eco-friendly packaging and implement sustainable practices in our restaurant operations. We also strive to reduce food waste by only ordering what we need and wish to donate any excess food to local charities. We believe that by focusing on these goals, we can contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
