Getting to the heart of matters, be it for solving a business challenge or helping individuals perform at their best or move forward, starts with listening. That then leads to asking questions, in a form and fashion that delves deeply but maintains trust, helping people to think deeply for themselves, to help them to get to the right answers. Hi, I’m Grant Jenkins. I have over 36 years of business experience, stretching over multiple countries and numerous business situations. A native of New Zealand, I’ve used the combination of my British and New Zealand heritage and what I’ve learnt from each nation, to bring value to people and organisations. It's taken me all of those years, plenty of mistakes, a few successes and plenty of observation, to get to the point of having some idea – well on a few key topics, certainly not every topic. I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on and with a wide variety of B2C and B2B brands, across the private and public sector. Through that I’ve also learnt from dozens of talented colleagues, through the work they have done, the ideas they’ve shared, and the passion they’ve shown. This has provided me with a richness of experience that I’m happy to share with all that I work with now.
