At Beyond Training Solutions we work with individuals and organisations to enable outcome driven results through Realisation, Facilitation, Training and Change. In addition, we are dedicated to providing personal resources to enable people to perform at their best and meet the objectives of the organisation going forward. In the past year alone we have trained over 1,450 professionals from all levels of Management and Clinicians to front line Administrative and Support staff. As well as working with a large range of commercial and public service organisations we specialise in providing facilitation, coaching and training to Healthcare professionals and those passionate about health and development. Our aim is to enable the professional to work more effectively with their patients and clients for improved outcomes and a more enhanced level of care. In addition we provide the professional with some key resources to allow them to achieve what they personally want to achieve and cope (or even thrive!) within the ever changing goal posts of the NHS and health. As part of our services we teach a variety of management, communication and leadership tools and integrate these with the tools and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming to provide a robust, interactive, challenging and supportive learning and change experience. We also provide full NLP training for individuals and groups in the form of public and applied NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer programmes.
