About Beyster Institute
The Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management of UC San Diego is a non-profit preeminent organization and consulting firm that fosters the ideals of employee ownership. The Institute exists to help individuals and society through teaching and administering the principles and practices of employee ownership and by helping employees to benefit and achieve financial success and share in the American dream. The organization devotes a significant amount of time in educating students, corporations and individuals in the community and across the country through its online seminars, classes and workshops. The Beyster Institute is the only organization to date that has a certified employee-ownership curriculum being taught through the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego.
