About BFA Skills

BfaSkills is an accredited training and assessment provider with the FoodBev SETA, reg. no. 587/00125/0914; for small companies with less than 50 permanent workers AND bigger companies with more than 50 permanent workers. BfaSkills has been involved in training with the Foodbev SETA since 2007. Our facilitators, Assessors and Moderator: Are registered with the FoodBev SETA AND the ETDP SETA (Education, Training and Development Practices SETA), and collectively have more than 350 years of experience in training and the development of training material. BfaSkills has a Quality Policy which take cognisance of the following education, training and development areas: Learning programmes Learner support ETD Practitioners Learner assessment External Providers and Contractors Equipment, Facilities and Media Record Keeping Certification Evaluation and review Management’s responsibility: The Management of BfaSkills takes responsibility for establishing, maintaining and enhancing quality of the training. We are committed to continuous improvement of our quality practices and will utilise all resources to our disposal in order to achieve this goal. It is our mission to: Effectively address the skills needs of organisations and individuals. Support organisations in building a learning culture and to assist individuals through a process of lifelong learning. We are currently appointed as the SDF (Skills Development Facilitator) for 33 companies.
