About Bianca

We choose the best Polish, organic milk, we use Italian knowledge and put all our heart and passion into creating: Mozzarella, Burrata, Stracciatella, Ricotta and Scamorza. The idea of producing fresh cheese in Poland was born from the combination of Kaja's passion for cheese and Francesco's Apulian culinary tradition. We sell and serve our cheese in Bianca's restaurant-shop located in Natolińska 3, Warsaw. All menu is based on our fresh and aged cheese, ranging from Italian to polish recipes. We select local and seasonal ingredients and we care about sustainability. Kukbuk Magazine awarded our cheese - Stracciatella for ingenuity, product quality, business concept and the ability to develop the company during the difficult conditions of 2020.
