SCOPE OF SERVICES • Hard and Soft Demolition • Asbestos survey and removal • Waste management and recycling • Diamond drilling / saw cutting • Temporary works design / installation • Façade retention design / installation • Bulk excavation • Pile mat design / installation OUR APPROACH BibbEgan Demolition & Strip Out welcomes the opportunity to provide a single early works package to our clients with a view to de-risking and maintaining programme during the main contract procurement period. With that in mind we have developed our supply chain and internal management to ensure our capability to deliver an extended early works package if required. A typical extended package might include: • Asbestos survey / removal • Retained façade ( incl design ) • Temporary works ( incl design ) • Bulk excavations • Pile mat ( incl design ) • Site remediation • Site set up / security All BibbEgan projects undergo a pre-start assessment setting out the parameters for the method statements, risk assessments, waste/traffic management and the H&S prestart documentation. Careful consideration is given to logistics and plant allocation with a view to efficiency and programme certainty.
