About Bicycles for Humanity

Bicycles for Humanity (B4H) is a grass-roots initiative which aims to empower disadvantaged communities in developing countries through the provision of sustainable transportation. Bicycles for Humanity sends bicycles to disadvantaged communities in Africa to help improve access to healthcare, education, food, water and employment. B4H is a collective of over 25 chapters around the globe and is entirely volunteer run. Working with African in-country partners to qualify and select deserving communities, provide comprehensive bike mechanic training, and evaluate, monitor and provide feedback on the programs.
