Chez Bienvenue à NDG, nous savons que le processus d’installation dans un nouveau pays représente un défi tant pour les nouveaux arrivants que pour la population locale. Bienvenue à Notre-Dame-de-Grâce a donc à cœur la promotion et le développement de relations interculturelles harmonieuses dans le quartier ainsi que le bon déroulement du processus d’intégration des nouveaux résidents. C’est pourquoi, en plus de services d’intégration, d’accueil et de francisation, nous travaillons également en collaboration avec les résidents du quartier et divers partenaires communautaires locaux afin de mettre sur pied des projets et programmes qui permettent d’élaborer de meilleures pratiques en termes de communication, de vie communautaire, de persévérance scolaire, de parentalité, et de liens famille-école-communauté, pour n’en nommer que quelques-uns. En travaillant de pair avec la communauté, il est possible de développer de meilleures pratiques en termes de relations harmonieuses dans notre quartier. / At Bienvenue à Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, we know that the process of settling in a new country is a challenge for both newcomers and the local population. Welcome to Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is therefore at the heart of the promotion and development of harmonious intercultural relations in the neighborhood and the smooth process of integration of new residents. That is why, in addition to integration, reception and francization services, we also work in collaboration with local residents and various local community partners to develop projects and programs that develop best practices in terms of communication, community life, academic perseverance, parenting, and family-school-community links, to name a few. By working with the community, it is possible to develop better practices in terms of harmonious relationships in our neighborhood.
