We’re also obsessed with making sure our solutions are kept clean and safe – that’s why years ago we developed our own 25-step EnviroSafe® Sanitisation process which is used to regularly service our coolers all over NZ. Our expert teams tailor solutions to each customer’s specific needs – from one water cooler in a reception area to complex multi-site and multi-unit roll outs. We design and execute effective transition and implementation plans on a daily basis. CUSTOMER SERVICE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Our company wide commitment to our customers is the driving force behind everything we do. Every month our team of Big Bluers perform over 6,000 customer jobs across NZ - and every month we test our service with our customer survey.
