Big Brothers Big Sisters was established as an alternative to the juvenile justice system to reach the most marginalized youth as part of an evidence-based program. Since 1995, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas has created and supported thousands of high-quality, meaningful one-to-one mentoring relationships between youth (Littles) and caring adults (Bigs) in Benton and Washington Counties. We are an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and operate as our own nonprofit organization.
