The mission of BCE is to create high quality entertainment products that inspires all ages. Its flagship property is the critically acclaimed comic book series entitled, Brotherman: Dictator of Discipline, originally published by the now defunct Big City Comics, Inc. Brotherman Comics was created and illustrated by Dawud Anyabwile and co-created and written by his sibling Guy A. Sims. It initially was launched at the Black Expo Trade show in April 1990 and is recognized as a catalyst to the contemporary independent Black Comic book movement.
