About Big Ditch Brewing Company
Big Ditch Brewing Company is a production craft beer Microbrewery and Tap Room in Buffalo, NY that is dedicated to providing quality, delicious, innovative, and drinkable craft beers for the Buffalo area. We believe that Buffalo can be what it once was: well-known and respected as a great city. We believe that just as beer was once the city’s greatest commodity, it can be so again. We exist to provide truly great beer to a truly great city, and to earn the admiration of both the craft beer community and the world. Our name refers to the name given to the Erie Canal when it was first being constructed. The Canal started as an idea, but ultimately grew to become a project that put our great city of Buffalo on the map as one of the finest in the country. We hope to add to Buffalo’s history by restoring its brewing traditions back to their former prominence. Our beer will be quality beer because it will be made from the finest ingredients available to us. The beer we make will be, above all else, flavorful. It will be delicious and capable of standing on its own merit. We want you to try our beer again and again, and to recommend it to your friends. We make beers that are innovative. This means that, ideally, we strive for each of our beers to be a style that you’ve never had before. We make our beers extremely drinkable. We’d like you to be able to drink several of our beers, and to have fun doing so.
