Specializing in cross-sector social enterprise management and systems improvement, Big Orange Splot, LLC, offers a full portfolio of organizational support to governmental, non-profit, philanthropic and for-profit entities working to realize a better world for our children and families. Our technical expertise includes leading governmental systems change initiatives, building cross-sector collaboration, program start-up, strategic and operational planning, developing practical outcome measurement systems, capacity building and program leadership. We have extensive and broad experience in all things child and family related -- child welfare, early childhood development, parent engagement and beyond. Most recently we have been deeply involved in supporting Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services and Office of Child Protection in implementing Family First system changes, developing Invest LA strategic plans, and launching their Thriving Families partnership with Casey Family Programs and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, under our contracts with the Center for Strategic Partnerships, we lead multiple initiatives that focus on building cross-sector bridges to infuse philanthropic support and community wisdom into County system change initiatives. Current and historical clients include the Center for Strategic Partnerships, LA County Office of Child Protection, First 5 LA, the Partnership for Early Childhood Investment, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Los Angeles Best Babies Network, Children's Bureau, the LA County Perinatal and Early Childhood Home Visitation Consortium, Providence St. John's Hospital, Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, and more.
