With a mission to "educate, inspire, and empower", Big Rock Yoga (BRY) is passionate about empowering ourselves to make the biggest difference for others. Since 2014, BRY has empowered others into healthier, happier lives through a commitment to mindful practices. That's why BRY has expanded to include leading mindful practices within our studio, as corporate consultants, as keynote leadership speakers, and within mental health facilities as group therapy leaders within Arkansas. We promote a sense of support and belonging through our commitment to creating stronger communities. Our culture is rooted in strengthening listening skills, intuition, and leadership to increase overall personal well-being through the powerful simplicity of awareness.
