About Big Shed Brewing Concern

Big Shed Brewing Concern was initially conceived in 2006 when Jason Harris & Craig Basford dreamed of starting a commercial brewery from their hobby of brewing beer. Fast forward to 2013 and this dream became a reality with a new custom built Brew-house and fermenters arriving, being installed and then finally commissioned for our first ever commercial brew in December 2013. Since then we have welcomed in contract brewers to our facility and helped them get to market with their own unique brews out of South Australia. 2014 sees us about to embark on doubling our fermenter tanks which will help us increase our output ability to just under 150,000 litres p/a, with the addition of some smaller fermenters which will help some smaller or start up brewers commence brewing on a smaller scale at our premises. Also in this upgrade we will be installing a 6 tap bar and a small commercial kitchen to enable us to feed as well as water our valued punters who come in and see us weekly for a pint after work.
