About Big T Projects

Big T. Projects bring a wealth of experience and passion to both start-up and seasoned hospitality and related businesses, offering consultancy and project management support to founders and their teams. Big T was founded in 2021 by Tanya Nathan. Tanya was with Soho House Group for 12 years, holding the role of Development Director and then Group Projects Director, through a period of rapid global expansion. In particular, she was heavily involved in the creation of Soho Farmhouse and the Soho Works co-working brand, along with many other new concepts. She also has a long career relationship with the Michelin starred The River Cafe restaurant, of which she was most recently Business Operations Director. We specialise in conceptual development and implementation, site master planning and development, and set piece/special projects management. Typically, we assume the role of an advisory or in-house Development or Project Director for clients – and throughout any project tie together commercial, design and operational functions, supporting key stakeholders and working across teams to deliver.
