BILD Design Studio LLC is an Architectural practice established in 2017 focused on visualization and conception of ideas whether big or little. BILD takes its name from the acronym “BILD” meaning “Big Ideas Little Details”. We take this slogan to heart and take great care to offer our clients a streamlined approach to bringing their visions into fruition. We pay close attention to all the little details that will make your vision a BIG success. We pride ourselves in making the process as simple as possible for our clients, partners, and collaborators. We have extensive knowledge in the consulting arena for Building Information modeling and Visualization. The company Principal Jereme Smith has spoken at conferences on technology and led teams collaboratively through BIM delivery on projects as large as 1,000,000 sf+ and with budgets upwards of 100 million dollars. BILD offers full service architectural Design and our portfolio includes Retail, Commercial, K-12 and some residential with a mixed-use component. BILD Design Studio also offers services as a consultant providing BIM expertise and project Management to design professionals in the AEC industry. We leverage our expertise to provide industry leading Architectural visuals, animations and interactive Virtual Reality Experiences for our clients.
