Katy Billings has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years; initially within asset finance and retail banking. Fifteen years ago she moved into integrated financial services, within the private and business banking sector. For many years, Katy was a Relationship Manager responsible for a significant portfolio of high net worth clients, mainly business owners, managing their day to day banking requirements, which included secured and unsecured lending and protection and investment needs. Katy confirmed; “I put great value on creating lifetime relationships with customers. I feel, as well as going above and beyond the customer’s expectations it is important to the development of any business. Today’s market is very competitive, and customers are aggressively pursued, so businesses can’t take customer loyalty for granted.“ Mark Truman has split his working career between banking and the insurance world. He has over 20 years experience in both mortgage and insurance, mainly specialising in Business Protection. Mark has always felt it’s imperative to ensure your client has a full understanding of the products or services they have taken. Mark adds; “As an expert in your field it’s easy to explain things as you would to a knowledgeable colleague, confounding your clients because they don’t speak the same ‘language’.
