BILSEA International pte ltd was set up in year 2008 as a commodity trading platform for petroleum products like fuel oil, asphalt, base oil besides other different type of commodities like iron ore, and coal etc. To maintain competitive advantage under the ever changing business environment, BILSEA has been focusing on its core business for close to a decade by fostering its partnership with key customers in the pacific region including those from refineries, shipowners and its counter parties as trading companies.
