Biltmore provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and integrated project delivery services on many diverse projects for a wide array of clients throughout Florida. Biltmore's beginnings came from the dust of one of Florida’s great land booms of the early 1930s. As developers in the Town of Belleair, Biltmore's founder worked on the land purchase now known as Belleair Estates and spent years in site preparation as well as street and land development. In 1954, Edward Parker Senior opened the doors of Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. He started the company with a commitment to integrity, quality and service. Today, over seven decades and four generations later, that same commitment continues to drive every aspect of our company and is reflected in the hundreds of projects completed throughout the state of Florida. The firm's vision to be “a highly sought-after construction manager by building quality structures with integrity and dedication to client service" is embraced by our principals, management, administrative and field personnel alike. At Biltmore, we "go beyond the scope" to ensure client satisfaction. Our success is evidenced by the large percentage of repeat business and referrals. It was Biltmore who participated with NASA in the early development of Cape Canaveral. Hospitals, military bases such as MacDill's Strike Command Headquarters, U.S Post Offices throughout the South, educational facilities at Florida State, University of Florida, University of South Florida, Eckerd College, St. Petersburg College, Florida International University, high-rise private developments and municipal projects attest to the broad range of corporate capabilities.
