BIMtect is a multidisciplinary creative practice based in Toronto. We provide a full range of services from project design to construction administration as well as BIM (Building Information Modelling) services. The studios are divided based on the services provided and they work in coherence when needed to meet the project requirements. Architecture Studio: Our Architecture studio is shaped by our steadfast commitment to architecture that positively impacts our planet. We are advocates for the sustainable development and champions for the highest aspirations of every project. We are both architects and advocates of each project—facilitating the complex exchanges between communities, professionals, and government officials required to identify the project’s vision. Working with teammates, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with peers, we seek to understand the project’s social and physical contexts and programmatic requirements. These discoveries become the basis of our design. BIM Studio: Our BIMstudio is committed to embrace emerging technologies in AEC industry and transfer their highest values to our clients. We work on both new construction & renovation projects and work hands-on at project level as BIM Coordinators throughout the design and construction of your project ensuring that the Building Information Model can be utilized to its maximum potential. We have an experienced team of BIM Modelers with Offices in North America and Asia; we are strategically placed to cater the technology requirements of Design and Construction industry across the globe. We have a wide range of experts in our BIMstudio including Architects, Technologists, Project Managers, Planners, BIM specialists. Who have hands on experience in design review, BIM Audits, Design Development, Design Suggestions, Preparing Contract Documents and extracting Quantities using BIM.
