Bindagraphics, Inc., a privately owned company located in Baltimore, Maryland, is the largest trade bindery and finisher on the east coast and the sixth largest in the country. Beyond its binding and finishing capabilities, Bindagraphics has two additional divisions under the same roof—Quality Information Packaging and Tabs and Indexes. Quality Information Packaging (QIP) specializes in custom looseleaf products such as ring binders, slip cases, portfolios, multimedia packaging, and fulfillment services. With its new innovative CAD/CAM prepress/post-press system, QIP is a leader in packaging and folder design. The Tabs & Indexes division continues to thrive and offers a large variety of custom index tabs. In keeping with the company's extensive growth, Bindagraphics opened a satellite facility in High Point, North Carolina in Spring 1999. This plant offers a variety of services to printers in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina enabling them to get many of their jobs done locally and more efficiently.
