About Bio360

Bio360 is our flagship international event whose mission is to champion and accelerate the Biotransition. In these critical times in which human induced climate change events are increasingly causing harm and damage to all natural life forms (and we all stand in the frontline), economies and livelihoods, we need sustainable solutions to both significantly bring down CO2 emissions as well as and in parallel, innovative strategies and approaches to remove gigatons of excess carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Bio360 is the annual meeting place where those focused on achieving the transition from fossil-based energy and production lines to bioenergy and biobased molecules and building blocks for a sustainable, circular economy converge and congregate. It is the hub for the movers and shakers of the biotransition. It is the place where talented, committed and innovative thinkers and doers come together to further accelerate and scale the biotransition, ensuring we break from past ways in favour of practices and approaches that will enable life on earth to go on, and on, and on …. The event’s thematic coverage spans the entire array of bioenergy value chains across a multitude of biomass and low-carbon different feedstocks which are converted through to gaseous, liquid and solid bioenergy forms, as well as low-carbon waste-to-x, decarboinsation, sustainable transport, biobased materials, biochar, carbon capture utilization and storage … all sectors which are already playing a key role today in both combating climate change and curing us from our fossil addiction but that we need to scale massively in the short time that remains available to us to avoid catastrophic climate change. The event itself attracts a large number of leading international bioenergy luminaries, >5000 participants over the two days as well as a comprehensive coverage of the bioenergy sector amongst the 450 exhibiting international companies and 200 international expert speakers.
