BIOFRACTAL is a precision nutrition and health SaaS business serving companies in the animal protein value chain (chickens, pigs, cattle, salmon). We are focused on detecting and solving sub-clinical issues that limit the profitability and sustainability of animal production operations by using gene expression technologies and AI. Our unique value proposition is simultaneously detecting multiple issues that limit productivity and health, such as nutrient deficiencies, gut health challenges, or oxidative stress, quantifying their impact, and being able to recommend effective interventions such as changes in diet formulation or feed additives. We have developed a robust cloud-based platform and a large database of gene expression of animals in response to different problems and solutions. We are working with research and development and technical marketing teams who develop products and solutions for animal nutrition and health, helping them to understand how their products work and how to optimize them. Our insights maximize the knowledge that is gained from every trial, which reduces speed to market and enables companies to develop more effective products. We recently launched SAVVY, a web-based service designed for animal scientists working with poultry, swine, cattle or salmon to get enhanced applied insights from their animal trials.
