BioShore Partners, Inc. has been formed to develop innovative and differentiated therapies and to expeditiously bring these drug products to the market. To enable this, we have assembled a team with deep experience across all aspects of drug development, commercialization, business partnering and in executing strategic transactions. BioShore Partners plans to assemble a drug pipeline that leverages combinations of clinically validated bio-molecules and small molecule agents to treat an array of metabolic indications with unmet clinical needs. In addition to its own product opportunities, BioShore Partners will also prospect for therapeutic assets in academia and industry with a view to potential in-licensing of such assets. BioShore Partners has close connections with prominent researchers in academia and key opinion leaders in their respective fields. These relationships provide a rich source of enabling technologies and also provides access to world-class centers to conduct pre-clinical and clinical investigations. BioShore Partners business model is to spin off its asset opportunities into new company entities or house them in partner companies for eventual clinical development and commercialization. The BioShore team would provide technical expertise and, if necessary, members may take on an operational role to advance such programs.
