Correspondingly, there is a great need for dilution. The Berlin Istanbul Quarter organizes selective exhibitions by interconnected artists throughout the European continent. The networking project is taking place now, and will thrive until 2016 when a whole collective will undergo a migration experience to the cradle of migration, New York City, a European Art Headquarter will be build up there.
